This is a fabulous and concise article expressing the very behaviors that increase employee engagement, retain knowledge, and decrease turnover.  As an added bonus, these behaviors usually motivate employees to perform well and keep performing even better.

One of the biggest roadblocks in performing these behaviors is that many people in management roles are not really interested in other people and have no desire to provide servant leadership.  It&#039;s very sad but true.  For all the extraordinary managers we have in this world, they are far outnumbered by those will little interest, intention or energy to implement your recommendations.

But I&#039;ll spread the word as I always to.  Thanks for the great post!</description>
